In an effort to get my friend Chad to post more of his webcomic, I've taken it upon myself to do the next one to get the ball rolling again. I can only speculate based on conversations with him that is the next logical installment of the ever popular duo. So here's a new Pea to the Nut Comic by Chad Veinot as channeled by me. Enjoy!

Hail to the King

Hey gang,

My friend Jason Mehmel and I have applied to our friendly neighbourhood government for a grant to produce a Gilgamesh Graphic Novel. The term comic book isn't in the gov't terminology apparently. Here's a promo shot we've sent in with the grant and so we wait and see what happens. In the meantime I'll be working on a more cartoony expressive style, as well as some finalized character studies.

Hey, been a long I know. I'm busy working on three pitches for the animation studio I work at. Once that's done, it's on to the Nobodies issue 2. Tonight was a really good drink and draw though, I drew up Vampire Girl vs. Frankenstein girl. Haven't watched the movie, I just liked the idea.
