I'm Not In the Business--

--I am the Business.

Rachael. I'll be doing more than one pic of her. Probably Pris too. One is post-depression fashion, the other is cyber-punk. Ridley Scott, you mad muthafucka.

I've Got A Message For the Action Man

Some Omahyra for you.

I don't care if she is a tom-boy, I'd fuck her standing with a belt around my neck.

We Are Your Friends

Tonight was my last life drawing class. I was really getting good too. Definitely signing up next year. Here's some 10 minute poses. I can't do much more than 15 mins before boredom and overworking wreck my pics.

Blade Runner Marathon Coming next week.

Music is my Hot Hot Sex

Here's some Stephen Silver-esque heads I drew in a teahouse. If you don't know who Stephen Silver is, then get on it! He's the designer for Kim Possible, Danny Phantom and even a Goonies Cartoon! I got a sketch of Sloth from him last time he was in Calgary. Yeah, I rock.

Make Your Own Kind of Music

I bought a bunch of discount markers today. Big sale, I cleaned house. So expect some color on this blog o' mine in marker form.

I wrote a bit of rant in this post about why I like Suicide Girls and why I wouldn't turn away someone who didn't look like them. Came out kinda faggy so I deleted it 'cept for this tidbit cause it's fuckin' brilliant.

Pierced Nipples Not Required, but Preferred.

We Don't Care About the Young Folks

Hey Gangsters,

I've been drawing/studying Cory Walker today. If you don't know who this comic prodigy is, then check him out. Why do I like him? Well at the risk of sounding like I have a man-crush, I really dig the simplicity this guy throws down. I'm sure it's hard to do, but damn does he make it look easy. It's distinct, effective and flexible. Three things I need to work on and will probably work on, all my artistic life.

Needless to say, here's some photo-ref drawings with my attempt to Walkerfy them. Not really Walkerish, but the simplicity is coming along. Faces are deceptively easy, but I still need to work on eyes. Damn those eyes!

Included in this bevy of beauties are two fashion models, a high school crush, and my muse for life, Shannyn Sossamon.

A Smile From A Frown Circles Round

I once saw Robin Tunney on Stephen Ave here in Calgary. She walked funny but her face was so captivating. You don't have to be perfect to be beautiful.

This One's for the Ladies

I've been taking life drawing(drawing nakee people) at the art college for the last 8 weeks. Here's some of my better results. Images range from one to 15 minutes.

Sorry fellas, no women. The art college has been dishing out alot of breakfast sausage lately.

I'll be planning a new blog marathon soon enough. I'm thinking either Mel Gibson or Blade Runner.
